Ugh, up again. I always do this up and down. I need to do something but I always seems to be hungry. Going to start with changing my breakfast and see how that works.

I finally bought a digital scale since moving into my house and I was pleasantly surprised. Now the challenge is to maintain/lose a little bit and start incorporating some exercise. Feeling good though :) I did get a stomach bug though and that certainly helped flush out any extra weight sticking around.
