Finally in the 150's!

So I made it the full 25 min of running with out stopping. But I cant take any of the credit. I wanted to give up the whole time. So..... I prayed, and prayed and prayed. I didn't stop until I was done running. I wouldnt have made with the good Lord above. So thankful for my faith!

So, I think I'm going to try really hard this week to do either a shake or a bar a day, but not both and see if that will help with this stall. Ive been able to do both with no issues up until now. But I'm wondering if I move on to the next phase if it will jolt my body with doing something different to help it push pass this. I dont know, anyone have any ideas?

WooHoo! I never thought I would ever be able to run 20 min without stopping, but I did it! And I owe it all to the Good Lord above. I prayed the entire time I ran, and I got through in no time. It was awesome, and I feel great. Thank you dear Lord for answering my prayers and getting me through each obstacle every day.

I could really use some encouragement. I have been on a stall for a few weeks now. I know last week was lack of time, so I ended up having far more protein than fat...so that wasnt good. But I've also been doing the c25k, and it was like pulling teeth to even get out the door today. I'm not sure if my stall has me losing the drive, or the drive has me at a stall. I've been giving myself pep talks and trying to keep going for my goals, but right now I'm just not feeling it. But at least I can say this is the first time I felt like this since I started my wol. I dont know, just so motivation somewhere would be really great right now.
