Looked back at my journal from jan-march 2009...when I was doing really well on my weightloss journey. I was actually just 10lbs away drom my goal weight! OMG I was so close...my motivation then was to lose weight before getting prego agian. Now I am finally done having babies and need to eat healthy and workout so I can feel better about myself and be a good example to my kids. So I was walking on the treadmill...writting down what I ate.. drinking lots of water and taking it easy on the alcohol. Seems easy enough..haha but it's not..I need to just do it..stop reading about it thinking about it planning for it all of the above and just do it. I WILL MAKE TIME. the earlier in the day the better...playing outdoors with the kids before it gets unbearably hot!
