- alpukat
- mixed nuts
- tempe kukus
- telur rebus
- soy protein

Semua cuma rebusan (dan direbus pakai rice cooker semua, karena nggak ada kompor di kost): tahu, sweet potato, sawi, labu siam, dan edamame. Buahnya semangka dan pepaya, ditambah soy protein dari natlab.

Saya nggak tahu apakah timbangan saya yang eror atau gimana, tapi akhir-akhir ini kaya lebih mudah nurunin berat badan. Makan masih normal, tapi tetap kalori defisit, dan mungkin terpengaruh juga sama beban tugas kuliah dan UTS 😵
