i haven't lost any, but i haven't gained any either... guess i should be happy about that. it's just hard to be. i've lost a total of 15 pounds, and i'm getting frustrated because i can't really tell a difference on my body - except that my jeans are a little more loose. ugh. time to kick my butt, to knock off these pounds and inches. seriously need to buckle down. starting now. i need that number on the scale to go down... 3 pounds by sunday. ha.

went over my carbs for the day... :( tomorrow is a new day. also, going to weigh myself in the morning. hopefully i've dropped a little something. crossing my fingers. to get to my goal, i need to drop 3-4 pounds a week... this is what's on my mind all day.

just totally fell in love with a swimsuit at target... was totally tempted to pay the $50 for it, in 2 sizes smaller than I am - but, I didn't. not just yet. soon. when i lose 15 more pounds, i'll buy it. it'll be another reward for me & i'll be damned if it doesn't fit me at some point this summer! :) :) :)
on another note, 4 more pounds & i'll finally get my new sneakers & earrings! ;)
i'm pretty darn motivated right now. making it a goal to lose 9-10 pounds within the next 3 weeks - reward: seeing my husband & his whole family, a whole 25 pounds lighter than when I saw them last! :)
no more munching.
no more eating when i'm bored... this happens... & though i have been choosing healthier things, i want to cut it out more.
drink more water. i was doing at least 8 glasses a day... but that has decreased a lot lately.

Alright FS friends! I'm back! The hubs came into town Thursday (with my two brother-in-laws)- a day early, completely surprising me after work, and left today - another surprise in itself, seeing as we usually only get 1 & a half days together once a month; I was soo excited to have 3 whole days with him! :) Needless to say, I didn't keep track of my eating... but, I did control myself and my portions... except, I splurged at the movies and ate a couple handfuls of popcorn & a few sour skittles (which I NEVER do - theater popcorn & candy is just ridiculously priced.. I'd rather save the money ((& the calories)) but really, $100 for movies & snacks? PUHLEASE! Sadly, yes, that is what we spent... smh. yes, it's all okay though.. I'm a big money saver - it felt good to just splurge & enjoy!). Anyway... it was a great weekend, and I was kind of surprised when I stepped on the scale this morning to see that I had even lost a pound.. but, I guess it's because I never stopped moving this weekend.. we were always on the go, go, go.
I definitely miss him a ton already... my day got soo boring when he left. 3 more weeks until I go visit him!! But, one of my BIL's even complimented me, saying that I look like I've lost weight & the smile on my face couldn't have gotten any bigger! It was such a great feeling! Now, I'm going to kick my butt to lose at least 9 pounds before I go visit him - that's only 3 pounds a week! I can do it!!!
