Well I do not know if I will be able to follow many of my challenges because as of right now i am doing a spiritual fast. I am not intaking that much food and sometimes I feel light headed and exhausted. We shall have to see but besides that people have been telling me that I am losing weight. PLUS!!!

Ugh. My scale sucks. I need more people on my side. My best friends wants to lose weight but she is becoming comfortable with her size and I refuse to let that happen. So, I am trying my best. But my scale sucks I know I shouldnt weigh in so often but it is a good feeling. And I know that if you do not keep track of your food intake you will not lose weight. But exercise counts for something, right?

so far i have joined this site. joined challenges and have done absolutely nothing. i am pathetic. i guess losing weight is not as important to me as I thought. but it is. as I write this i am sooo hungry. so i wanted to lose weight for my birthday (July 11th) and I was doing so well. Then I started stressing and all went down hill. I have to get back on track.
