Trying a few more calories and have been skipping the gym at night and walking an hour in the morning and evening instead. I have hanging skin, but walking is what seems to work for me. We'll see....

Ugh!!!!!!!!!!! Ugh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
So tired of this fluctuation! I eat one bad thing and it takes DAYS to get that weight back off.
Struggling for some willpower here and to no do what I normally do, which is break into full rebellion and eat whatever the heck I want.
I usually will lose a pound at night, but now I've even stopped doing that.
I think I might go back to walking morning and night and see if I can pick it back up.
This sucks....:(

Gaining 1.3 kg a Week

Ok. I'm going to try something new here. Y'all weigh in, please. I have been walking RELIGIOUSLY for six months now. I've done well and have even began to jog. I have lost over 60 pounds doing this. I seem to have stalled. Or at least, slowed WAY down. I know some of that has to do with the fact that I'm not as strict on carbs as I used to be, but still. I know our bodies get comfortable and you have to change things up to shock it.
I usually walk/jog an hour in the morning and an hour at night. Should I change it to walking an hour in the morning and doing strength training in the evening? I've never really done it because I don't want to add pounds, I want to lose them.
Can someone give me suggestions on what I should do in the evenings? Like do I just do a circuit of legs and arms and then treadmill for 30 minutes or should I do weights the whole time? I know nothing about this stuff.
Thanks for y'alls help!

Update on A1C. When I journaled last, I was referencing the A1C level from my first three month checkup. At that time it had gone from a 12.1 to a 5.6. Got my results in from last week's bloodwork and it has now dropped to 5.2! Yes! I really hope that one day I can beat this without taking medication.
On the weight side, I haven't lost any this weekend. The State Fair is going on here in Texas and I allowed myself to have a treat. (My first real treat in 6 months.) I HAD A FUNNEL CAKE!!!! Oh. My. Good. Gosh. It was heavenly!!
Now, back to business. My daughter is considering joining the Army Reserves and she will need to lose some weight. I'm really hoping she will attempt this as the military would be an EXCELLENT choice for her. She definitely needs that discipline.
I told her I would walk or go to the gym with her every day in order to help her lose and that it would help me in the process.
We'll see...Praying for God's will with this one!
Y'all have a great day!
