Alhamdulillah turun lagi. start back on track 82kg (82 koma sekian aku lupa hahaa) 13 januari tapi aku gak catat di fs soalnya diet spontan liat timbangan udah meledak banget. makan masi berantakan dan gak ditimbang. modal olahraga ajaa. terus awal februari mulai atur makronutrientsnya dan wo teratur. Alhamdulillah semanget diet lagii setelah setaun berenti diet hihiiii.
