Losing 3.5 kg a Week

I have noticed there is definitely a better knowledge base here about dieting than among your average group of medical doctors.
ketogenic is the best.
sugars make you hungry
cut out fats where possible (after all a calorie is a calorie) but fat is a secondary concern
stay hydrated
get some exercise. any exercise. even five minutes of walking twice a day or if walking is difficult go to you tube for chair aerobics or bed aerobics. some of the exercises there are every bit as vigorous as any aerobic activity
limit eating if possible to an 8 hour period. that is the latest trick I know to burn calories more efficiently
oatmeal limits hunger. so do low calorie freeze dried vegetables. avoid the corn and peas and avoid the ones with added fats.
Avoid rapid weight loss. you will end up losing excess muscle mass and may also end up with flabbier skin
those are the tricks I know. feel free to add others. we can all learn from each other.

steady weight

my actual goal is 50 lbs. Being a desk jockey will pack it on lol. however by breaking down my larger goal into smaller goals the task seems less immense and I can celebrate a milestone along the way. being an MD is useful. ketogenic diets where fat intake is a secondary concern clearly allay hunger. And I recently found freeze dried vegetables do that too. one has to avoid the freeze dried vegetables with added fat and the high carb freeze dried vegetables. lightly salted and seasoned freeze dried okra really worked. I have to go to harps and get more. 3.5 oz is at least a pound or maybe two of fresh or canned okra and it kept me satiated for 24 hours
