nasi 3sdm telur 1 di goreng dgn 1sdm minyk dan 1 sdm kecap bangau sederhana tpi ngenyangin dan di bawah 500klori cukup buat aktifitas sampai jm 12 siang ..... siang tdk makn nasi .... mkn nasinya lagy sore/mlm siang cukup ngemil ringan

mandi keringat sebelum tidurr.... saran dong klw abis olhrga jm 9-10 mlm gytu tdr sebaiknyabmandi apa gmn yahhhhh ... bingung sean kt nya seeh kn g boleh tu mandi mlm2
