Selama diet 7bln jarang exercises/olahraga, makan ga pernah hitung kalori... Skrg sdh turun BB 28,5kg timbangan hampir menuju target... Sebenarnya selama ini nyaman bgt diet yg dijalanin, tapi terkadang ada rasa jenuh juga makan daging, ayam, ikan, telor, dkk, jadi kepengen nyoba/merasakan pola diet lain... Sempat terpikir utk challenge my self utk diet defisit kalori (kalo bisa tetap low carb) ditambah exercise min 2 - 3 x/minggu rutin, perubahannya gimana ya? Hmmm... Seru juga kali ya? 🤔

kmrn makan steak daging seharian cuma 400gr tapi kenyangnya awet bgt... semakin byk makan daging semakin cepet turun BB-nya. 3 hari aja lgs bisa turun BB, padahal beberapa minggu yg lalu lagi bosen sama daging merah makannya ikan, ayam, dll malah BB nya stuck, semoga target BB nya bisa tercapai bulan ini, max bulan depan... dibikin santai dan happy, semakin stress semakin susah turunnya... I ❤️ meat, meat lovers, meat to meat
