It's one pound but still worth recording. I was out of the gym for a month so I maintained my weight loss but lost muscle as well. I'm looking to get to 138 and then start increasing my calories for gains again.

finally back in the gym. I went to the doctor and was weighed at 145 but the gym scale has me right where it has been. thank the universe.

My boyfriend and I are trying the keto diet. I'm really scared that it's going to ruin my progress so far. I can't fast the way is to says to because I'm breastfeeding so we have ordered some shakes for breakfast. We went to the grocery store today and we start tomorrow! words of encouragement anyone?

whatttttttttttt! I am so excited. I can see it too. Since my son has been born, all of my fat accumulates in my lower abdomen and love handles. 3 to 5 more pounds to go and it will be time to make new goals for building! Something I've never done!

Tomorrow I will weigh in and I'm very excited! I've finally gotten to a point where I don't feel hungry all the time and I'm not overdoing it when I pick unhealthy foods.
