Makmal 300 kalori, agak beribet dan kekenyangan krn hrs ngejar 1300 kalori fokus ke serat dan protein dlm waktu 6 jam (IF 18/6). Jd jk dietmu masih berasa lapar, coba cek jenis makanan yg kamu pilih.

Makmal 290 kalori, campuran saus dan mayonaisenya jg di itung sekitar 45 kalori. Ngejar 1300 kalori fokus ke protein dan serat.

Diet lovers, mana yg harus diutamain, kejar kalori defisit ato menuhin target protein + serat meskipun kalori sdh over dr target defkal ?

IF 18/6 dibuka dgn 700an kalori, susu, yoghurt, chia seed,almond,kurma. Dan 4 butir telor kukus (biar bs dikasih garam dan merica). Semangat sehat,target turun pelan2 aja krn sdh bosan yoyo melulu.
