Stuffed chicken breast with spinach, broccoli, sun dried tomato, artichoke hearts, garlic and feta cheese, and a multigrain tri coloured fusilli with a roasted red pepper rose sauce!

So sore today, the gym and heavy weights are really working their magic on me now. It’s been 1 month since getting back at it, and seeing tremendous results! Thank god for muscle memory lol! Have a fantastic day everyone! Much love!
