Being sick does have it advantages.. definitely no cravings for anything at all. Sticking to the diet .. not really snacking cuz I don't have much of an appetite so I'm going by what time it is for when to eat. I was feeling better this morning so I went in to work (worked from home yesterday)but I'm only a little over 2 hours in and I'm starting to feel worse. Hopefully will get through the day. If not I can see if I can go home around lunch?
Curious as to why my weight loss ticker has not updated with my new weight... if anyone knows how to fix that let me know!

Today is day 4, I've been good about sticking to the diet so far. I've been having crazy vivid dreams the last two nights. Forgot this happens during inductions. Because of it I'm not sleeping too well and am pretty tired. Picked up some sugar free rockstar last night so hopefully that will help.
Made plans to go to sushi tomorrow before I decided to go back to phase 1. It's ok though. I will not get maki and get sashimi or tuna tataki or something low carb-ish. I can do it! haha
I never actually logged my food during dieting and I'm not going to lie, it's kinda confusing me. According to my food log I'm going over on carbs but I'm eating the right foods so I don't know why! I lost weight last time doing this exact thing so I think I'll just stick to what I'm doing. If someone can explain this it would be appreciated though!
Probably won't be on much this weekend.. I tend to try to avoid anything computer related on the weekends due to the fact I have to stare at a computer 40+ hours a week for work. I will try to remember to do a weigh in and maybe measurements this weekend. I keep forgetting to do it in the mornings.
