Lunchie pake nasi shirataki for the first time. Rasanya so far so good, enak banget tp pricey huhu lauknya pake tempe💛

Baked ikan patin with nasi merah dan japchae. Double karbo karna ada jagungnya. Nanti buat dinner tinggal gapake nasi karna super kenyang bep

Temen2 FS mungkin bisa sharing gimana biar bisa poop tiap hari😭 aku sudah menuhin kebutuhan serat harian dgn sayur dan buah. Tapi kayaknya masih kurang. Any tips mungkin gais😭🙏🏻 terima kasih

Hari ini exercisenya sedikit gila. For the first time i was burn the calories up 500kkal😭 aneh, biasanya aku kalo stress tinggal ngelukis, tp sekarang kalo stress lebih milih exercise aja.
