I'm so proud of myself sticking to my journey for the first time! i havent been in the 140's for 4 years now im so happy! my husband took me out yesterday and said you need a pretty dress the weather is getting warm. (i hate clothes shopping) i havent fit into any of the major line, popular clothes since early highschool. I fit and bought a dress from american eagle in a small petite. I still have a long journey to go and i dont feel the change in myself yet even though the proof is before me but i know i will and i couldnt be any more proud of myself!

i feel totally bummed today i had a bad day at work yesterday and i cant stop thinking about it i wish i just could forget about it but i cant i really dont want to go in today but i cant call out i just want to stay in bed and sleep all day....
