I feel ultra happy, and with high motivation levels, as the scale has been my best friend the last 2 days. We will see how long this relationship lasts.
I believe the few minutes i added for running have made a great impact, as i always hated running. But I'm trying really hard to keep it up.

Ok finally today the scale moved!!! yes, I just hope this is fat what I've lost.
Im doing a great of deal effort on moving as much as I can, sit ups, push ups, walking and running. Not all at once, maybe every hour i do something, so my body gets from completely rested to sort of agitated.
I do hope this helps break my weight plateau.

Ok, i really tried today to stick to the 1500 calories but simply... i was more anxious that other days, i picked a bite on forbidden foods, but i moved a lot, i know its not justified. I disappointed myself.
