This week I'm going to concentrate on the following Atkin's rule.
"Be sure to consume at least 12 to 15 grams of carbohydrates in the form of foundation vegetables each day. Even in Phase 1, you’ll comply with the USDA’s recommended intake of at least five daily servings of vegetables. You’ll also be getting plenty of fiber, which plays a key role in blood sugar management, and, of course, regularity. Fiber also “scrubs” your arteries and, because it makes you feel full, helps with weight control."
I need more fiber in my diet.
