Baru kali ini makan nasi sejak kemarin. Ada yang tahu berapa kalori? Butuh asupan karbohidrat biar ada energi. Seminggu ini makannya ubi tanpa sarapan dan makan malam cuma ubi. Tapi gak pernah lemas dan nge gym tetap jalan. Dan ajaibnya maag gk prnh kambuh
