Alhamdulillah lebaran turun, setelah dua hari makan lontong opor, kari dan rendang yg sekali makan bisa 800kcal, malah kemarin makan lontong 2 piring dan malam sebelum tidur makan hokben..

Kemarin sahur ga pake karbo, pake sih ada pisang dan kurma, selebihnya buah-buahan dan telur serta cemilan, itu sorenya gemeteran, buka jadi menggila. Akhirnya sekarang kembali normal hehe, ini baru pas, segini total 720 kcal.
