LOCKDOWN EFFECT 😂 1.6kg rise in 1.5 months
I have been away from dieting for around 4 months (and heavily eating with no limits for 1.5 months🙊🙈), but one or the other kind of workout, really helped😅.

Put an end to my diet after 2.5 successful months. BMI is now within the normal limits. I did no specific workout other than walking,and that was a part of daily routine😆. Well a drop of 1.3kg in 2.5 months. hmm. not bad though 😂
