I'm trying to convince myself that broccoli and cauliflower are my favorite snacks ever! So far, it's looking good. I've managed to start liking them a lot. Also, my exercise routine has been lacking, as I've often expressed. Yesterday, I slept instead of exercising. I got way too much sleep yesterday! Now I'm groggy. I will exercise tonight, however! I'm determined. Some form of exercise will happen, I am not going to plateu at seven pounds lost!

I've decided to change my goal and keep it only in the back of my mind... ((((135!)))) I will lose this weight in tiny, ten pound goals. I think this will ultimately make me feel better about myself and my progress towards the ultimate goal!

I feel much better about exercise. It's something that I just need to do. If I can eat right, surely I can devote at least 30 minutes a day most days of the week to exercise. When you think about how many hours are in a day, 30 minutes isn't that long!

Okay, well the scale isn't moving as fast as I'd like to, but pictures don't lie! I had taken some "before" pictures about a month ago when I first started watching what I eat and trying to exercise. I was wearing some tight jeans and a sports bra, just to be sure that I looked like total crap! I put on the same jeans and sports bra last night to take comparison pictures, and OMG, I have lost some tummy. I have lost a little bit of back fat, too, which was a major goal after seeing those before photos. So, I'm heading in the right direction! If I can improve this much every month, imagine where I'll be in a year! I will post these disgusting before pictures as soon as I figure out how! Thanks for the support, everyone.
