Went to the doctor and weighed in at 162.5. Their scale weighs me as heavier than the one here at home but the real story here is that 6 weeks ago I weighed 168.4 on that scale. Also before I began this WOE I weighed 173.? at the doctors, so I am now down 11 pounds. I can deal with that!!!

What a weekend! Did not track my food intake either Saturday night when my Handsome Beau made a delicious keto casserole from leftovers or again n Sunday when late break included bacon and leftover rotisserie chicken Then on to corned beef, cabbage, zoodles and oh my! Straight up delish. Finished the night with the last of the Saturday night leftover casserole. Soooo, I didn't fall off the keto wagon and most likely did not seriously exceed my set caloric intake but too difficult to track all that so not even going to try.
