In the past I've always had a set date that I wanted to lose x amount of lbs by. This has been for weddings, seeing family or friends I haven't seen in awhile, the list goes on. I'm usually always stressed about it. I mess up and find myself saying I'll start tomorrow and before I know it I only have a few days before my set date. The other day I felt so relieved that for once I have no set date in mind. I'm just going to do this and take it a day at a time.

Sox game last night...I watched what I ate all day, but once we got to the park I had a hotdog, some nachos, peanuts, and a couple beers.
I noticed if I am at home I do well. But certain places like the ballpark, fair I have trouble with. But it was a lot of fun, and I'm back to eating right today.

I was with my sister and mother in-law and they were talking about how to get my father in-law back to weightwatchers. My SIL is still a member and has reached her goal, my FIL has lost about 60 lbs, but is still very heavy and has lots of health issues. He won't go to meetings alone, so I decided to join and my SIL is going to start going back to meetings. I'm excited. It's nice to have support from people you are close with.
