good morning everybody...yesterday i went to the gym for 30 mins and when i got home i cut the grass for 1 1/2 hours and it was my first time and boy was i tired it was like a crazy work out pushing and pulling that lawn mower i was tired but my husband was proud lol and so was i...yesterday i ate a little bit of chinese food and the little i had i couldn't finish it and this morning i am drinking my slim fast...so yes but i will do some work outs at home today and tomorrow i will hit the gym in the morning and sunday morning...HAPPY friday and weekend everybody <3

hey everybody...i am sorry i haven't been on here i miss you all..and i love seeing everyone progress i have lost a pound i have a mini goal for my self this week to try to make to the 180's and get out of the 190's i feel that i can do it and i will..i have started something different this week but this week i am in the house and in the morning i walk and run for 1 hour and instead of going to the gym becasue i have this new dvd called bikini bootcamp and she really works you out and everyday i will be switching up my DVDS so i am interested and seeing how this goes for me

hey everybody sorry i have been MIA but i have been super sick and i am feeling better now i did gain a pound but at this point it's only a pound and could be worse i have not been working out AT ALL becasue of my sickness but my doctor told me today i can go back..so this morning i did nothing becasue last night i took the last of my medicine and it made me feel like a zombie and light headed but i feel ok today so i will do zumba tonight but if i feel crazy i will stop becasue it is intense but hopefully everyone is well :)
