I have not climbed on a scale in the past two weeks. this after getting on and noticing my weight going up instead of down. Clothes still feel good, I still feel good in my body (since the initial loos), so I have decided i am not going to climb on a scale for the near future. I am going to continue eating whole foods. my meals will be centred around protein with healthy fats and more of veg carb or not as long as protein is there. I am also going to stop weighing my food and will instead, keep a food journal where all my meals are recorded. I have stopped snacking and i am going to continue time restricted eating with fasting because to me right now the relationship between eating and hormones (esp insulin), make more sense than any theory of diet i have heard.

weighing food and myself causes me stress which also causes weight gain. my new lifestyle....eliminates refined foods, high carb foods and stress and focuses on eating whole foods centred around protein, healthy fats and some vegetables.

journey continues and it might change later or not. either way....Wish me luck
