So another win for me. Before starting this run i was skeptic i could do it cause the body was so beat up and so sour but surprisingly it reacted good.

Strange thing happen today, I go balistic and start again after one day I finish my last goal.
I say to myself I say one week to recover but the truth is I fucked us my buddy so hard that my mind don't want to let me rest, so for now I continue with carbs intake till I get strong to go on 0 carbs.
Yesterday the heart rate monitor replacement arrived and I don't know how much will last, cause the last Wahoo TickrX did not last more than 400-500km.
Next I will try a Garmin hearth rate monitor after this one will breaks.
So now we're going again.

So this is the end of one journey. I must say the experience here was bad cause of all the idiots populating this site now.
My goal was 70kg and I reached it some time ago but I wanted to have an error room so I waited a little bit more.
Unfortunately this site is not was it was if you are fat and want to lose weight cause of bad community.
This time I tested the "CARB way" that is disappointing cause of slow fat burning but is good from hunger perspective and energy levels.
Next I must go more like another 7-8 kg to have like 61-62 kg so the fat will go all, and it must be 0 CARBS unfortunately.
For now I take a break and say F U to all loosers with small balls and big muscles and low LH production.

It has been a while since I've improved my weight and the reason is that the body adapted to the food quantity I gave so I needed to change some things.
First I drink yougurt, actually it is called Sana from Tuesday I think is originally. So it is 1000ml and around 380kcal. The point is that changing the solids with liquid helped a little then I brutally changed the amount of running so one day I run 14km then in the same day run another 10km. And most of the days I run 2km in 8:25 minutes that nearly eat all my energy then I immediately run till 12-13 km mark is done.
It is an improvement to the weight loss but to the quantity of fat I think I progress slower. I lose muscle and bine density now so I say bine density cause I made some x-ray and it clearly see a difference but the doctor assure me tis is a positive change cause the body adjust to the new weight and does not need to have denser bones it the weight is less then before.
Some times I go to my special place near a lake where the view is amazing and it helps too.
Now I am so eager to finally reach my goal so that I can begin a new jorney.
