According to my 3-point skin fold caliper measurements, I lost 2% bodyfat. Ironically I gained only 9 lbs, but that's probably just the chili and water in my digestive system from yesterday (because I secretly ate 3 bowls). Pretty sure I'll poop that out soon enough.
Be pretty damn awesome if I gained 9 lbs of muscle, because it wouldn't make sense that I gained bodyfat because I actually lost bodyfat while gaining weight. I'm sure it's just a bunch of food and water in my digestive system (that chili was damn good).
Oh, and I still have yet gotten to the gym and touched any weights. Go figure, eh? The only activity I've done was mowing the backyard, which doesn't take much effort anyways.
One more thing, for those who are concerned about the onion adding "extra carbs" to the chili, don't worry. My calculations were a bit off, the net carbs were a lot less than I thought. It's 5.7g of total net carbs added to the chili, not 9.7g.
Chest measurement: 6 mm
Leg measurement: 6 mm
Abdomen: 26 mm
Weight: 204 lbs
Former weight: 195 lbs.
BF% after calculation: 12.18%
Former BF%: 14.5%

I'm cooking some LCHF Chili from scratch. 4 lbs of 27% fat ground beef, 1 cup of chopped onions and celery, 28oz organic tomatoes chunks in tomato sauce, 1 tsp pink Himalayan mtn salt, 1 tsp organic minced garlic, 10oz organic tomato paste, 2 cups of distilled water, and necessary ingredients that makes Chili, chili (cumin, etc).
This should last me all week since I'm eating once a day.
Total calories come out to: 5,700 calories
Total net carbs: 43 grams (28g from 28oz tomato chunks/sauce, 15g from 10oz tomato paste).
This is how you keto.

People seem to ask me for last minute weight loss advice. I'll tell you straight up right now, there's no quick way to lose weight. If you don't have a goal and a deadline, that means you don't have a plan.
Everything I practice and preach requires a substantial amount of time to invest beforehand. You have to compromise some time in your life for what you want.
I don't wanna hear about your 12 kids, 20 baby daddies, 50 cats, and 1 obese goldfish. That has absolutely no relevance to why you're asking me for advice.
If you aren't willing to invest enough time, your results could be limited to how much time you put in. It's easy to make plans, the hard part is sticking to the plan. Ready to get out of that comfort zone now?

For those who love their peanut butter....Studies Show Peanuts May be Hazardous to Your Health.
Aflatoxin
s.
One of the most concerning toxins associated with peanuts is a mold that produces aflatoxin. Aflatoxin is a known carcinogen associated with liver cancer.
This is true even for organic peanuts or peanut butter, as it is the nature of the peanut itself and doesn’t have to do with pesticides or herbicides.
Lectins
.
Peanuts, along with other legumes like soy, contain anti-nutrients known as lectins. Lectins are sticky proteins found in many foods including legumes. They serve as a primitive pest-resisting strategy in the plant. Lectins have been indicated in a number of inflammatory conditions, including rheumatoid arthritis.
They also bind to sugars in cells in the human body, leading to an immune response and inflammation. They may also wreak havoc on weight management, because lectins have been shown to mimic insulin behaviors in the human body.
High omega-6 fatty acids
.
While the lectins are one aspect of peanuts that may be pro-inflammatory, so is the high level of omega-6 fatty acids they contain.
Salmonella
.
Peanuts are susceptible to salmonella contamination, such as peanut butter recalls from Trader Joe's grocery stores. Automobile manufacturers aren't the only ones that recall things. lol
