Ceritanya sup jagung buat buka puasa tp malah banyakan toppingnya (ayam, tahu, telur, wortel) gegara ngejar defkal sisa sahur 😂 about 400kkal.

Selamat menunaikan ibadah puasa sahabat fs, sahurku hari pertama yg gampil aja tinggal diangetin doang yg di buat semalem: pao ubi ungu isi daging about 190 kkal each. Untuk sahur aku makan 3 kenyang enak, tinggal ngejar sisa defkal pas berbuka ☺️

Baso Aci homemade sekitar 290 kkal/ porsi (5 butir) suda di tambah tahu dan telur. Kalo mau baso acinya aja 1 porsi sekitar 90 kkal. Enak dan aman buat pencernaan karena terigunya kuganti tepung oat 🥰
