Well I have managed to lose 1 lb this week, I really don't know how to be honest, I tracked for about 3 days, then everything went to pot! Told all my kids no chocolates for mothers day,and hey presto I have 2 very large boxes sitting here looking at me!
My saving grace might be my walking, my fitbit zip is usually about my person somewhere, apart from this morning, I searched in vain for it, had to quickly download a ped on my phone, walked to my dentist appt this morning, got back and the ped will only track to 3,000 steps then it cuts off and they want you to pay! All's well that ends well, walking home I had to think what I wearing the last time I saw my zip, came home found it in a pocket of a cardi I had on Friday, phew! Just as well I didn't have it this morning really as the battery is empty, would have been very annoyed to have lost my steps on this mornings walk....The hubster wants to start walking tonight, so hopefully next week I might end up in the 12's. ...

Well after a disastrous week, where I hardly tracked my meals, over ate, had a very bad Sunday diet wise, we was celebrating my son's 40th birthday with family, I managed to lose 0.5 lb. A little loss but not good enough! We have booked a week in the sun for my 60th in April, so I have something to aim for. I would like to lose 12 lbs before my holiday, that's 2 lbs a week from now on...that would take me into the next stone bracket, and nearly into the 11's which I haven't been near for a long time...also trying to do 10,000 steps a day to earn bonus calories...wish me luck...

Lost 2 lbs on my first week, happy with that had a good Saturday with the hubster, steak dinner and a gooey pudding, way over calories but hey Ho! Sunday lunch with the girlie's, very off piste and alcohol was involved, had a great time and a bustin gossip...New week ahead exercise tomorrow, lots of walking and extra calories earned. ..

Anyone tell me why the layout is so different to when I joined last night? and how to change it please? tried messing about but I can't see how to change it, even gone into settings? help!
