I'm not made at this Pasta Zero as "Ramen." Adding a touch of unsweetened coconut milk and Tom Yum soup base gave the earthy/mushroom flavor a home. For about 75 calories, I'll take it!!

I didn't realize my journals were public at first! Sorry for my initial TMI post to anyone who saw it >.< lol
Down again. I usually have a big dip when I start on any regimen, I don't know if it's water weight or...? I'm still going to enjoy it, darn it! I'm using 1300 as my goal, my endocrinologist recommended I go as low as 1200, but there seems to be a lot of debate around healthy numbers. I would welcome any feedback around that.

I know it's probably mainly due to a fasting/resting day yesterday but I was down 6 pounds at my first weigh-in since starting FS a little over a week ago. Even if I go back up a little in the next couple of days, it will be a loss. It felt so good! I haven't counted calories in years and I realize for me, it just works.
