Itu ikan nila direbus, diambil dagingnya aja trus ditumis pake minyak 1sdt sampe jd setengah kering mirip abon. Rotinya tanpa olesan. Segini gak nyaris 200 kalori. #makanmalam

Biar kenyangnya lamaaa...... segini banyak 396 kal. Tanpa minyak, tanpa garam. Semua dikukus. Bumbunya taburan boncabe dan baput bubuk.

Menu utk 5 hari ke depan ini, makan siang pake ubi ungu. Tadi ud dikukus 2 buah utk makan siang nanti. Minggu depan baru nimbang BB lagi, mau tau khasiat si ubi ini seberapa pengaruhnya utk turun BBku.
