I weighted today - not official and up from 121 on weighin day to 122.4 ERRRR! I wasn't tracking food but I can say I was eating really light. Could I have gained that much weight over weekend? So disappointed. Super skinny eating today. Trying to stay under 800 calories.

I am a bit disappointed because I at so little as well as lot of treadmill work. I do know I ate some nuts and seeds in a moment of hunger guess that prevented me for losing more. On Wed when I weighed I was at 120.8 and thought I may still be in 120 range and hate to see back up to 121 with so little food consumed. Oh well, gotta keep going and be more careful.

This may look like I did not do good but this is after DC and 4th of july. I was much higher like around 124. I went on really stick count of calories and at least got it down to only a 2oz gain. Hopefully next weigh-in I will be down more. Plan to go to beach resort first weekend in August so I need to really get serious.
