Well, I have gone over my calories the last couple days, BUT, I have made some healthy choices so the food I am eating is at least good for me and not junk food. So, that is an improvement! Well, minus the wine and the other adult beverages :)

Yeah, I've cheated a little. But, I plan to fix this by doing some extra workouts this weekend. Started Biggest Loser at Chili's today. Whew...lots of challenges headed my way. Figure out my protein, fat, and carb grams that I should have daily. Interesting numbers.

Maybe I got lucky, who would have thought 1/2 a pound would go away in 2 days? We will find out next week.

And we are officially "a GO" with the weight loss plan. So far so good, on the 2nd day. Ate too many calories last night, knew I would, so tonight I will try not to eat above my 1300.
