Am feeling very frustrated with myself!
Such a terrible week last week of not training and eating more than I should. Work got really busy and I was working some 12 hour days, sitting on my ass. We got a storm that we weren't expecting and it caused power outages.... I didn't log my intake properly last week so my food diary is not looking good..... I really need to get on top of it.... am losing control!!
The whole winter feeling is just playing on my motivation and enthusiasm! There is barely a sign of spring except a stretch in the morning/evenings and some early flowers popping out.... am not coping at all.
We just took in a stray kitten home (I do love cats) and it just peed and pood on our bed..... it is really testing my patience.... of all places!!! I had only changed the sheets yesterday in a rush and now I don't have a clean one for tonight so can't sleep in my bed.... !!
My husband told me we weren't doing Valentines day anymore and he had enough on his mind than a stupid day like Val day!! So that definitely left me feeling sorry for myself.
And that's only half of it! Good Grief!
So this morning I got to work out and I really need to go kickboxing tonight to work out some of this anger.
No need to feel sorry for me, I am like a kid throwing a tantrum.... :-(

4 great days .... good start to the 5th day ... body is feeling much better than at the start of the week. .. surprise! So it's soon to be the weekend where all sorts of things can happen to sabotage my efforts. So keep the head down and one step at a time ... before you know it it will be Monday! !! Yikes!!!!

Ok! On to day 4.... one day at a time. Am happy with my first 3 days so far, I know it is a longer journey than 3 days but I need to get into good habits and be able to do this for weeks and months, but first I will take day by day.
