Bit of an evening snack

So, since buying the protein powder I'm finding it difficult to stay under my calorie limit of 1650 because each serving in milk is about 450 calories...I really dont like it in water, so I'm stuck. I want the extra protein so I can meet my daily requirement but I also want a larger net calorie loss as often as I can get it. Open to suggestions.

After some research on whey protein I found isopure. I've never been able to stomach protein powder, but this one in milk just tastes like chocolate milk! Yum!

Gonna fix my sleep schedule and start getting up bright and early. I'm a night owl now and I think its negatively affecting my weight loss. Happy to say my carb intake is down from 65% macro to 35% striving for 25% (my first goal). Still steady weight but I feel better, so thats a step forward.

Good day walked 1:15 minutes, did some basic workouts, for 350-400 extra calorie burn today. Only eaten 1300 calories as well, so yay for that! I bought a Brita bottle and ice trays to encourageyself to drink some water which I'm horrible about. Scale still not showing the numbers I want but I have a few days before I need to log, so fingers crossed it will by then.
