Yesterday I ate a horrible lunch! Later in the day, I got a huge headache and really bad nausea, I ended up throwing up. I am glad I did it though. Now I know not to splurge when you're not even hungry. I didn't get to exercise that afternoon either bc of how bad I felt. But today I will step up my game. Is anyone doing a keto diet I'm thinking of starting it?

I kind of just ate a baked chicken leg, rice with cream of mushroom, and broccoli and cauliflower. Then about ten min later I had popcorn and ramen and barbeque chips. I also had a whole bag of popcorn. I am going to add all those calories together and I am going to work out till I lose all of them. I am really trying to lose this weight by October 5th, but it's so freaking hard to self-control. I am going to add the ramen and chips to my dinner and just have spinach and water for my actual dinner.

About an hour ago I had sauteed some spinach and cut some ham and put an egg in it. Then I made some plain oatmeal and ate all of that together. Oatmeal is supposed to make you full. I had Coffee this morning and that's also supposed to suppress my hunger cravings. So why am I still hungry??? I want to eat but what I want is unhealthy and I am really trying to stay away from it. What are some things to do to distract your mind from eating? BTW, I have really bad self-control.

I am losing weight and I can't believe it. I am so glad I started this program. Last night I did a workout and burned 500 calories. It was a fun workout. When I was done I went upstairs did some more squats and took a long bath knowing how well I did and how proud I was of myself. I will be losing this weight hopefully in no time!! I also added my breakfast in and what I am going to eat for lunch and it's not even 500 calories! My meals are low in calories and so filling. I am so proud of myself and feel great.
