Yang berpengalaman mohon bantuannya, aku pemula ingin defisit kalori dibarengi dengan olahraga, kebetulan bb 68 kg tinggi 153 cm, harus turun 17 kg untuk fit. Defisit kalori per hari baiknya di angka berapa nih? Jika biasanya 2000 kcal yang dikonsumsi setiap harinya ? Terimakasih🙏
