Back to logging everything I eat again. Fell off the wagon there for a while, didn't really gain any weight back, maybe a pound or two. Just been eating things I really shouldn't. Too much sugar, too much junk. Recording these things will help keep me on track. I need sugar detox, and QUICK! Been doing more exercise the past few weeks than over the summer, but not enough to keep up with the overeating and food cravings I find myself succumbing to lately.....New Goal, to get down to 115 by my birthday January 23rd. About 12 lbs to go...

I just reached my goal weight! 125 baby!! Now I wanna lose 10 more and be a more fit me :)

I think dieting for the last 8 months has really messed with my brain. I can no longer look at food and just think "Yum, I want some of that!", now, the first thing I think is "I wonder how much fat is in that?" I guess that's for the best, so at least I'm not lusting and drooling over something that is bad for me, but still...is that weird?

2 lbs to goal!!!!!!!!!!! Even with the bad days I've had (or I consider bad days, i.e chicken wings, pizza, ice cream cake), I'm still losing weight. It is so surreal.
