Been off keto for a week now hence the gain. I've adjusted to eating less than i did earlier though. Not too worried about the gain as I'll drop it over the next month in Nepal. I was expecting it to go up due to major cheating over last week. I'm not in deep ketosis for sure. However I am calorie deficient so perhaps that's why. I'm gradually adding carbs in order to transition into a more normal diet as I won't be able to maintain keto over the next month when I'll be trekking in Nepal. I'll go back to the diet probably with different macros once I'm back.
