Haven't followed the low carb/keto diet fully yet, but what amazes me is that I just checked my waist measurement, and I've lost 2 1/2 inches! Truly, I'm invested now!

There should be some excercises called: "hospital emergency room companion", and: "taking care of ailing spouse".

My husband stepped on the dog's leg by accident, the dog moved, and because this mastiff weighs 200 pounds my husband hit the floor, hard. We spent yesterday afternoon in the emergency room. He has a bone bruise and torn meniscus in his knee. Lots of pain. There was very little food in the house for dinner, so I ended up eating a rice dish. Messed up my carbs something awful! I am a stress eater, that's clear. Stay strong all, and eat well!

Yesterday I improved on salt and net carbs. BUT, will wonders never cease, I did not do well with the calorie count--it was too low! I know I can just add fat, but I was not hungry enough.
