Fighting my body tooth and nail to get back to my low of 195. Most days I am in the pool walking and swimming from 1.5 - 2 hours and still can't seem to keep my loss to at least 3 pounds a week. Still so angry at myself for this 6 month setback. Soon I will not be able to use the pool when the temperatures start to drop. Then what? I am so bad with other exercise. I did great with the eating portion of my plan when I started, but never got the exercise going. Got to try harder this time I guess. Hope all are doing better than I am. I would be so happy to be posting 3-4 pound losses each week. I guess at this point any loss is a plus.

Almost 3 pounds lost this week, but big slowdown from last week. Hoping to restabilize at around a 4 pound per week loss, but who knows. This low carb diet is supposed to be a faster weight loss program so I'm going to keep at it another week and see what happens. Been keeping up with my pool exercise for 1.5 hours per day. Staying positive since any loss is a good loss.

So far low carb diet is performing magnificently. Why didn't I go with it from the beginning. I might have been finished long ago :( Anyway that's spilled milk lol. Just staying on it week by week. Have started to figure out what I can eat a little better. Have been eating mostly meat and cheese but definitely need more veggies and I miss my fruit terribly. Just happy to be back on track. Still have 26 pounds to go to get back where I was. Hope everyone is doing well.

Not a bad start. Definitely not all weight, but got rid of all the bloat plus a good deal of weight. Low carb seemed to work well so I will try for another week at least. Can't do it really long term though. Missing my fruits and veggies too much. It's great for a good start. Perhaps I'll try alternating days or alternating weeks of low carb. I'll play it by ear. Or maybe just raise the carbs very slowly so I can add things. I find low carb difficult because my calorie counts are lower than they should be because I can't find things to eat lol. I'm going to the store today to try to find a few things to munch on. Cheese is good, but you know what happens when you eat too much of it hahaha. Anyway, feeling like I might be back in control again. Determined to continue until the end of the year and see if I can reach goal. :P Hope all are doing well.

Not a bad loss this week. Only another 19.8 pounds to get back to where I was before I went on my mad binge for a few weeks. That's the price you pay I guess. Still haven't been able to get into the pool for exercise. Finally got it clean and then first the weather was too cold and then it rained most of last week. Hopefully summer is now here and I can start getting some exercise this week. Determined to hit goal before the end of the year. Hope all are doing well.
