Ceritanya setelah cheat makan kepiting saos telur yg maknyus itu seharian, dtambah pake nasi putih yg bercentong² 🤣. Naiklah ni BB yea kan. Tpi pejuang sehat tetap semangat donk yes..🤭. So kebetulan udh lama beli Slim fit, tp blm di program pake itu sih. Now, I will try. Dengan pola sbb selama 7hr ke depan. 7day challenge gitu lah kira²😄. Mau liat dan merasakan ada perubahan apa tdk yes. Ni program nya yg akan ku jalani 7 hr kedepan.. semoga istiqomah, aamiin :
1. Olga 30 menit sblm sarapan
2. Sarapan gak boleh lewat dr jam 08.00 ( Slim Fit )
3. Cemilan jika laper ( smoothie buah )
4. Lunch maksimal 600 kkal.
5. Cemilan sore jika laper ( smoothie/buah²an)
6. Dinner jam 07.00 maksimal ( Slim Fit )
7. Minuman Collagen kalo ada 😆

Total kkal jika semua di jalan kan 1000 - 1300 kkal.
BMR ku 1300 kkal.

Bismillaah... smg resultnya baik, yg penting istiqomah nya sih 😁😁😁
