Only explanation would be that I'm gaining muscle and losing fat from IF. Clothes are looser but I haven't lost barely an inch in places either. I just want it to go down I guess.

Also I have to wait until almost 2 to eat since we sprang ahead. My lunch break is at 1, so it'd be til almost 5 until I can eat. 😢

Guess I'm not weighing myself for at least 5 days! Ughhhh even on keto I get bloated at this time of month! 😢
