Living a very a active life style for my age. No time to meal prep as meals are made on a whim most days of my life.I live a life of spontaneous and all my meals are included. Makes keto diet really hard to follow but I have learned to live with buying healthy foods in order to maintain a healthy diet and achieve my goals. Slipped over the holidays and paying for it now but I'm back in control and will whip this puppy before it kiss my butt! Or should I say puts 20 pounds on my but? lol? Diet requires discipline and I know this! I need to be harder on myself when special occ6 come around!
