I’ve gone easy on myself the last month. Only dropped about 4 lbs but with the holidays (I celebrate Chanukah so it’s 8 days of fried food) I feel pretty good about that.

Also, I don’t log my upwards weight fluctuations. I take a mental note but I wait it out because I find seeing my overall gradual loss is more reassuring. Truth is I can go up and down a few pounds every day, especially because I’m breastfeeding. If my baby doesn’t wake up to nurse I can “gain” pounds overnight.
