After not seeing any change in my body, I decided to join Gym and its been 1 week (16/08/2021)
Earlier I used to workout at home.

First of all, I take sprouts and a cup of tea in the morning. After 30 minutes , I eat 1 bowl of oats (safola masala oats).
In lunch, I take 2 or sometimes 3 rotis, it depends on the sabji. and a small bowl of white rice
In evening around 6-7pm I drink banana shake and sometimes 2 brown bread with peanut butter
and for night i eat 2-3 roti and sabji.
Let me know if I should add anything else to increase the weight🙂
