Today is the first of many 29th birthdays for me lol. I seriously want to make this year a good one. I have spent the last half of my 20s overweight, and I want that to change. I'm big on the I'll start tomorrow, but tomorrow has yet to come for me.
The last two days and this morning I have drank way to much coke. And I feel the effect it has on me. Last night I felt gross. So I'm just going to stick with coffee and water.
I'm ready to get back to recording my calories and walking. I used to use the nike app to keep track of how far/fast I was walking. It worked really well. I got to where I was almost at 4 miles an hour (that's with having to stop so my dog could sniff). Right now I bet I'd only get 2 1/2 miles. I'm going to start challenging myself that way.

I haven't been on fatsecret for a few days. I haven't been binge eating, but I haven't been eating that great either. Just kind of blah about my diet. I feel like I have it back together today though.

I didn't even think about recording food yesterday! I can't believe it slipped my mind. Today I'm going to go grocery shopping today. I have some healthy recipes planned for dinner and even for lunch for my kids. I'm excited for this :)

Yesterday wasn't as bad with the calories, but my lunch was loaded with them so it kind of messed me up the rest of day. I'll have to get to the grocery store so I can buy some salad and veggies, and some healthier snacks. That way I can eat a little more when I'm hungry and not blow all my calories on one meal.
