Losing 3.5 kg a Week
14 June 2015
281.3 today, yesterday was 283 point something when I got back home from my dad's around 5pm, I gained about 5 pounds while I was at my dad's for a week...
I took my second injection this morning and tomorrow I start my journey, hopefully once and for all.
My goal is to lose 16.6lbs a month to lose 150lbs in the next 9 months I just want to lose the weight so I can look amazing when I get married. Which I'll only do if I DO lose the weight. After losing 150lbs I plan on getting a "mommy makeover"; tummy tuck, boob job, putting everything back where it's supposed to go. Which costs about $25,000+/-. Because I'm sure I'll have some horrendous excess skin... so probably more towards the $30k mark.
Anyways, 16 a month. It's not much but over the next 9 months it will make all the difference. I plan on doing a modified HCG protocol using the original P&I and Dr Carlton's Siesta Beach lifestyle plan - because I really want to work out, because I enjoy it a lot.
I have a regular blog I'll probably update more than here. https://aprilunderneath.wordpress.com/
and I'll also be trying to keep up with uploading progress to youtube.
